We are happy to have you as a member of our club and hope you will find membership rewarding and stimulating. The Salem Garden Club seeks to enhance the knowledge and practice of gardening, horticulture and flora culture.
As a member of the Garden Club you will gain useful information, meet wonderful people and gain the opportunity to work with others on projects to beautify the community.
A group can accomplish what no individual can. Remember this when you are called upon to participate in various activities, and you are sure to have many enjoyable, fulfilling and memorable experiences.
SALEM GARDEN CLUB
“MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING” REQUIREMENTS

You must attend at least four (4) meetings each
year,

Hostess one meeting per year.
(Provide refreshments)

The SGC has a limit of 100 members; therefore dues
will not be accepted after June 30. New members must be notified
by July 7th. (See our Constitution)
APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Please be advised that membership in the Salem Garden
Club is limited. Per the by-laws, membership cannot exceed 100 Active
members and 25 Associate members. To apply for membership, one must
be sponsored by a Salem Garden Club member. A letter of interest must
be sent to the sponsor, which is forwarded by that sponsor, along with
a sponsor letter of recommendation, to the Salem Garden Club Board members.
At the appropriate time, a vote is then taken. Please feel free to contact
the Salem Garden Club for further information.
